Greetings, friends, family, colleagues, and loved ones! Baby Butterbean Heaton is on the way, and we have a BIG deductible! (like, $9,000 dollars big) In addition to selling off unnecessaries to make room for BB and taking on extra work, we thought we would ask for support from our community… and give you a chance to $$win$$. ***BETTING*** 1. Use the Baby Bookie website (the one you’re on now) to select the date and time you believe Butterbean will be here. As bonus fun, you can also enter size metrics, but those will not be used to determine a winner. 2. You can bet as many times as you like! 3. Once your bet(s) are placed, please go to our PayPal https://tr.ee/mlacnuhKqQ or our Venmo @heather-heaton and send $25 per bet you have chosen. 4. Please choose “Friends & Family” payment, NOT “Goods & Services,” or else we have to pay fees. ***WINNING*** 1. After Butterbean is born, the participant with the closest guess to the date AND time will take home HALF of the pot! (Note: This is a closest overall guess in number of minutes, which can be before or after the baby is here — as long as you’re closest!) The winning amount will be transferred to you via digital payment of your choice (Venmo or PayPal). 2. The other half goes toward our deductible and other baby expenses.
